Join the DABSJ Cookie Society
Give something sweet by making an ongoing monthly donation to children and families. The Cookie Society was inspired by a beloved story from DABSJ’s history involving the Great Depression, a kind-hearted Dominican Sister caring for our children, and some giant cookies. Planned Giving
Including DABSJ in your will or estate plan establishes a legacy to care for our community’s most valuable asset: our children. All estate gifts are placed in the endowment when received unless otherwise designated by the donor. Give Stock
Your generous contributions of appreciated securities can provide tax benefits while helping us make a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve. Contributions of appreciated securities held for over a year are generally deductible at market value, regardless of what the donor paid for them; moreover, the capital gains tax is avoided through such a gift. Back to School Drive & Holiday Gift Drive
Our annual Back to School Drive runs every July/August as the community comes together to help children at DABSJ get ready for school with the supplies they need. Then, during the Holiday Gift Drive supporters help our children and families have a magical holiday season with the joy of special gifts, picked just for them. Because every child, no matter their circumstance, deserves to have a childhood.
