All entrees served with locally-sourced salad with Revolution Farms lettuces,
Traverse City Montmorency dried cherries, Honeycrisp apples, Country Winds
chevre & Michigan maple dressing.
Entreé Options:
1. Otto's Airline chicken breast, young carrots with local honey,
creme fraiche whipped potato, shallot marmalade & sherry reduction
2. Great lakes whitefish, whipped potato, petite green beans & lemon
cream sauce
3. Braised pork sugo, polenta, rich tomato sauce & fresh ricotta
4. Coriander roasted young carrots, Brussels sprout leaves, vegetables
fall spiced sweet potato puree & crispy chickpea cake
